At SelFou, Laurent leads our leadership development practice, supporting individuals and teams through coaching, psychometric tools, and strategic frameworks. He designs learning journeys that are personalized, inclusive, and aligned with organizational goals — from mentoring programs and performance systems to leadership profiles and interactive sessions.
